Responsibilities:

• Manage web-based application system, including internet and mobile.
• Support new projects and BAU production system
• Manage the development team including internal staff and agency staff
• Manage vendor to deliver the solution
• Manage the project delivery in accordance to corporate standard and guideline and ensure the quality deliverables and within agreed scope, cost and schedule
• Provide recommendations and solutions to business and co-partners
• Provide design and implementation approach of the solution to the team-mates
• Oversee the development cycle and ensure the project meet the scope, quality and timeline.
• Work with co-partner to meet the project milestones and resolve project related issues
• Ensure the project documents conform to the standard
• Co-ordinate vendor for the development work
• Conduct the quality assurance to align with the bank standard
• Lead the team to identify the solutions for BAU production issues
• Work proactively with users, vendors and internal teams to deliver the solution
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 15 years online banking and mobile apps development, good knowledge of retail banking.
• Patience, organized, positive thinking with CAN DO attitude and capable to work under pressure.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to achieve aggressive project targets.
• Communicate effectively with co-partners in written and oral including English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Track record in handling multiple projects.
• Proven experience in managing vendors and development team, especially design and development approach.
• Strong in handling security vulnerability & application scanning.
• Proven experience using Unix, MVC, Struts, SVN, SCM, CMS, Apache, Servlet, JSP, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, JMS, Websphere, ConnectDirect, LoadRunner, Unix shell script and strong in Oracle tuning.
