Our client is a well established Chinese enterprise. They have procure numerous businesses as its subsidiaries. To support their fast growing business and rapid expansion. They are now looking for a Corporate Finance Director to join their team to provide insights to support Management on decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the expansion and development of the Group’s financing and fund-raising channels cover China market
• Maintain good relationships banks and financial insinuations
• Execute all corporate finance related assignment including direct investments, M&A and other fundraising activities
• Responsible for deal sourcing, management, due diligence and deal execution process
• Lead financial modeling and preparation of investment recommendations for top management
• Involve in ad-hoc projects and frequent travel to PRC and overseas

Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years relevant experiences gained from commercial banks, with solid experience in fund raising / financing
• Master / University degree in finance or related subjects
• CPA/ CFA qualification is high preferred
• SFC license type 6 is preferred
• Solid corporate finance experience cover China market
• Excellent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Strong report writing skills, able to work under pressure and travel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Immediate available is an advantage
