Accounting and Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handing of full sets of accounts, responsible for accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare monthly financial report
• Assist in Sales Administration work including daily goods out, ordering of goods and co-ordinate with supplier and customers
• Back office support in providing logistics, warehouse, document imaging, general procurement and material supplies services
• Daily update and manage inventory record
• Provide administrative support to enable the smooth operation and maintenance of the office
• Support on other ad. hoc project or admin work if required

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills combined with a disciplined approach to problem solving
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Diploma in Business Studies or Accounting
• Proficiency in MS office including Word & Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• Able to plan and organize work with a sense of key priorities and deadlines
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Efficient, accurate, sensitive with figures
• Knowledge in MYOB is preferable
