Responsibilities

•  Assist Project Manager and Senior Project Staff mainly in sourcing materials. Handle project matters, follow up materials, prepare related reports and site minutes, attend meeting, provide supports and assistance to project team members, go to site as required.

Requirement

• At least 3 years solid working experience of purchasing materials
• Working experience in interior design and construction company is must an advantage 
• F.5 / F.6 or above
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Work independently, willing to work under pressure, hardworking and mature
• Good at MS Office and MS Excel, etc. 
• Immediately available is preferable
