The incumbent shall evangelize BIM applications, help our internal business partners to adopt the BIM technologies, assist them to design things differently, faster and more successful.

This will positively impact our BIM team. You will provide technical assistance including designing, customizing, trouble shooting, developing BIM samples, training and mentoring etc.

Candidates shall have a breadth BIM software across designing, visualizing, collaborating, making and using etc.

We are looking for someone to provide evangelistic support for BIM applications, and we also hope to find someone excited and dedicated to take on this challenge.

Responsibilities:

• To create and update BIM models and produce various output such as drawings, 4D animation, quantities, rendering, equipment information, etc.
• To adopt new technologies related to BIM to increase productivity.
• To assist in development of BIM standard, templates, libraries

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Building Services Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering or other related discipline
• 3 years relevant working experience in building design or construction projects
• Good knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, 3D Max, Point cloud, Fuzor, BIM360
• MHKIBIM is an advantage but not essential
• Candidates with less experience will be offered BIM Trainee
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
