Responsibilities 

• Research and analyze fashion trend direction
• Understand the brand images & positioning of our different international customers
• Materials (fabric & trims) sourcing
• Develop innovative designs
• Supervise development sampling on a daily basis
• Deliver product presentations to customers

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Fashion Design or related disciplines, preferably graduated in overseas design institutions
• 10 years' relevant experience for men’s & ladies' high fashion brands
• Strong fashion and market intelligence
• Good fabrication knowledge & strong in fabric & trims sourcing
• Good colour concepts
• Past experience in US & EU market will be an asset
• Self-initiative, responsible, organized and a good team player
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Able to work under pressure
• Good communication with overseas designers & buyers
• Occasion traveling to China is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Designer
