Our client is one of the globally leading telecommunications company. As the business is growing rapidly, they are now looking for an Regional Assistant HR Manager, Account Servicing to join the energetic team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you are responsible to provide strategic consulting at Region or Country level to support organizational design and development and the implementation of HR policy, and to take a lead role in recruitment, compensation and displacement activity to ensure the organization has the right talent pipelline in place and in alignment with global HR direction, develop the regional / functional HR vision, strategy and operational execution to ensure the achievement of business goals and to take a Human Resources Business Partners in the region to articulate and support the key business priorities.

About the Person

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience gained from sizeable organisation with at least 4 years experiences in working on regional HR assignments
• Experience in acting as Regional HR Business Partner or overseas talent acquisition is an advantage
• Proactive, customer focus and result driven
• Team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Detail- oriented and able to work in dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office appications and Chinese Work Processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
