Being the market leader in the high technology textile field, our client is inviting professionals like you to join their fast-growing Sourcing Team.

Responsibilities:

• A key person to drive / implement group sourcing strategy with key vendors on regional basis
• To evaluate / manage Asia Pacific vendors performance by KPIs (pricing, quality, delivery on time, contract terms)
• To ensure vendors comply group standards and sourcing policies
• Participate in product reviews, risk assessments, technical capability assessments and other activities necessary to developing effective sourcing strategies
• Drive market dynamic pricing negotiation which leverage all available market intelligence and pricing models in alignment with the group business needs

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing or equivalent
• Over 5 years’ regional sourcing experience from multinational large scale environment.
• Candidate with experience in electronics, chemicals or related industry will be an advantage but not a must
• Candidate must have project management skills set, closely work with countries levels sourcing team as well as comply Group sourcing standard sourcing policies
• Strong influencing skills set to integrate cross business unit and functional unit
• As an Individual Contributor and self-starter with effective communication skills with different parties
• Familiar in working in multi-national, cross-cultural and highly matrix organization is highly preferred
• Fluent in English is a MUST, Mandarin is important
