Descriptions:

• Provide on-site system installation, upgrade, troubleshooting including PC, server and network
• Provide technical support over the phone, email, and remote sessions
• Willing to travel across Asia Pacific regions (up to 75%) 

Requirements:

• Work experience with hospitals, clinics, and medical system vendors is preferred
• Hands-on technical skill in support and troubleshoot PC, Windows server, Linux, virtualization, storage, network, database
• Knowledge in SQL is a plus
• Excellent customer service skill
• Ability to rapidly identify and resolve issues under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English
