Career Opportunity: Delivery Manager 

CBCcom has an exciting opportunity as a Delivery Engineer in our Hong Kong Office. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing new installation and support in Internet, Data, VPN, and network equipment to our Enterprise Customer as well as solving IT related issues.

Accountabilities: 

1. Circuit installation and testing
2. Network POP maintenance in datacenter
3. Hardware & software installation, support and maintenance; such as Microsoft Outlook & Office
4. Ensure CCTV connection and verify backup
5. Perform technical support / helpdesk support for users
6. Coordinate with vendor for problem fixing

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Diploma or degree in Computing, Electrical, Computer Engineering or Telecom. Industry accreditations such as Cisco CCIE, CCNA, CCDA or equivalent complemented by a minimum of 3 years related work experience. 
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of access, transport, voice, and data network architectures and technologies in the telecommunications industry are required.
• Individual must be well versed in telecommunication technologies that are utilized to support data, voice and video.
• Proficiency in both English & Putonghua/Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to become a trusted advisor to various segments of an organization, internally and externally.
• Understand & experience in SDN/SD-WAN, Cloud computing (e.g. Openstack, AWS, Azure) will be a big plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self motivated as an empowered individual.
• Team player who is a strong collaborator and has the ability to present to large groups.
• Must have an ability to travel to China.
