Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consultation and commercial support to Sales, product team and external customers;
• Work with Sales team and Product team to verify the technical feasibility of the customers’ requirements;
• Manage the project process and update status according to the Services Level Agreement;
• Promote solution bundling for Global IP with other services to accelerate the sales;
• Assist the Product owner to formulate the GTM strategy in order to promote NTT’s Global IP services;
• Ad Hoc tasks assigned and some regional travel may be required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing , Telecommunication, Engineering or related discipline preferred)
• 8+ years of pre-sales experience in telecom / services provider / vendor;
• Must have excellent technical and domain knowledge in IP Transit, NGN, MPLS, Voice and submarine cable systems;
• CCNP, JNCIA or JNCIP-SP or any relevant certificate holder
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Japanese will be an added advantage
