計劃內容:

為期1.5 年的見習督導員計劃由分店實習、課堂及輔導這3個部分組成。每名學員會被指派到千両的分店進行實習，透過在職培訓來熟悉整個業務的運作模式。從中學習服務及廚房技巧，並從顧客的角度出發了解其真正需要，務求將這份經驗融入營運及管理策略之中。

工作地點:

• 港島區分店及九龍區分店

工作時間:

• 上午9時至凌晨12時，每週工作6天，每天工作9.5小時，輪班，輪休

要求: 

• 必須修讀至少1年飲食業課程
• 無需經驗
• 對日本文化有興趣及有意投身飲食業發展
• 待人熱誠有禮，具合作精神

薪酬及福利:

• 底薪$12,000起(另加固定津貼$800、膳食津貼$1,000、特別津貼$1,000 (適用於港島區工作))
• 新人奬金$2,000、每月6天休息日、12天有薪年假、5天婚假、3天侍產假、醫療福利及購物優惠
