Responsibilities:
- General Duties of Chef 一般廚房工作
- Assist Head Chef in preparation and production of all food items 協助主廚準備和烹調食材
- Maintain a high standard of food quality 保持高水準的食物質素
- Ensure company standards of food preparation, production and proportioning controls 確保食物準備、烹調及分配份量的標準
- Maintain food costs 保持食材成本
- Keep Clean of the production room, utensil and machine 保持廚房、用具的清潔
Requirements:
- 1 year or above relevant working experience 一年或以上的有關工作經驗
- Experience with Western cuisine is preferred 西餐經驗優先
- Experience in other cuisines (Japanese, Korean etc) is an advantage 其他菜色經驗(如日韓等)為有利條件
- Knowledgable about work safety, food storage, food handling, food recipes, and preparation 有關於工作安全、食品收存、食材處理、食譜、準備的基本知識
- Must be able to facilitate and effectively execute training 一定有效地配合及進行培訓
- Strong communication and organisational skills 良好溝通及組織能力
- Hardworking, well-organized and able to work independently 勤力、有系統及能夠獨立完成工作
- Enthusiastic, creative, reliable personality 有熱誠、創意、可靠的個性
- Holding valid working/holiday working visa 擁有有效的工作/工作假期簽證
Language:
- Fluent Chinese is an advantage
- Fair to Good communication skills in English
