• 飛機餐之食品或甜品製作
• 廚房日常營運，食物及衛生品質監控

申請者需要乎合下列基本要求︰

• 廚師 ( 熱廚房 / 餅房 / 砧板 ) - 最少 1年廚藝經驗
• 具西廚課程文憑或證書者將獲優先考慮
• 具良好溝通及食品製作技巧
• 注重個人衛生，對食物及廚房的安全衛生有基本知識
• 經驗或學歷較淺者會考慮為廚務助理 (Kitchen Assistant)

工作地點及時間︰

• 機場工作
• 每班工作9 小時
• 輪班、輪休，每月休息日約 5-6 天
