Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity especially for those helpdesk or desktop Analysts/Engineers who are keen to find a flexible and stable working environment and meanwhile get exposure to latest technology in business practice.

Responsibilities:

Research to new technologies
Provide software trainings (when required) to client user groups.
Provide 1st/2nd level technical support via phone and remote access tools
Ability to follow Global Helpdesk processes (Follow the sun)
Regularly report to Helpdesk Manager

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year IT industry experience, also at least 1 year in a customer support environment.
Not neccessary with strong technical skills, but need to have wide exposure and basic understanding of Information Technology solutions
Basic knowledge of Windows desktop (XP and Win 7 Pro mainly), Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013 configuration, Active Directory changes experience, Blackberry Devices, iPhone, iPad, Android, BES Server email troubleshooting and configuration
Background from finance environment will be a big plus
Be proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
