Responsibilities:  

• Provide onsite and remote support to internal user.
• Installation / Configuration / Maintenance / Troubleshoot issues related to Desktop.
• Participate in different ad hoc assignments (such as relocation and migration projects).
• Coordinate or support IT projects. 

Requirements:  

• Diploma or above in IT or equivalent discipline.
• At least 1~2 years experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support experience
• Solid troubleshooting and supporting experience.
• Comfortable to work in a team setting or independently.
• Good command in English and Cantonese.
