One of our clients, a local bank is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join their elite team.

Job duties:

• Design, implementation, ongoing management, and troubleshooting of Cisco communication systems in contact center 
• Manage and troubleshoot  media servers, media gateway, and IP phone
• Deliver project service including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management and progress reporting
• Organize and attend meeting to report progress and resolve any project related issue

Job requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with IP Telephony infrastructure, including design, implementation, and ongoing management and support
• Solid working experience in Cisco IPT products
• Strong leadership and coordination skills to drive the project team to complete the project according to schedule
• Experience in supporting contact center is preferred.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
