Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support of software solutions for access control for Centrify Server Suite Overseas Customers by both phone and email.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers to ensure successful customer software deployments
  • Certain team mates would work from 2pm to 11pm to support overseas client
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support (once every 2 to 3 months)

 

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 1 year or above experience in a technical support role (We welcome fresh graduates to join)
  • Experience in at least one of the most common Unix platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Mac OS) and Windows Server platforms is a plus
  • Strong communications skills in English (Both verbal and written) and outstanding interpersonal skills
