Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 2 years of experience in network system support.  Experience in a multi-national / sites environment is a plus
• Hands-on experience in MS Window server, MS Office, networking, WAN / LAN
• Mature, independent and service oriented
• Able to work independently in a multinational culture office
• Good command of spoken and written English / Chinese, Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of user support services
• In charge of computer networking support, maintenance and administration
• Responsible for Core banking system enhancement and application support
• Maintaining software /hardware inventory and handle required procurement
• Provide basic documentation for tracking purpose
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required
