• My client is a US leading travel commerce platform

• Support global customers, 40% travelling

• Good technical skills in API is a must

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultancy service across global customers

• Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements

• Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions

• Design an ideal technical recommendation which meets the customers’ goals and expectations while delivering maximum value

• Provide ongoing support for customers post implementation

• Consultancy through high priority re-contract and retention activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• 5+ years working experience in software development
• Good API knowledge, website building experience is preferred
• Knowledge in Java, .net, C#, XML is a plus
• Excellent customer service and management skill
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills   
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English
