Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT infrastructure support and Project Management for Hong Kong and China offices
- Prepare disaster recovery procedures and coordinate annual disaster recovery drill
- Manage problem and change management procedures
- Vendor management
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ infrastructure support and project experience
- Experienced in supporting windows server, exchange, vmware, storage, network, VPN, IT Security
- Knowledge in ISO 27001 is an advantage
- Excellent communication skill
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
