The incumbent will be responsible for installing, configuring and supporting our Company’s network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and support the company’s LAN, WAN, MPLS, Wi-Fi, VPN network infrastructure in main offices and retail stores
• Maintain and administer network equipment and related computing environment including router, switch, firewall, load balancer, computer hardware, mobile device, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
• Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and usage
• Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine any necessary future enhancement and improvement on systems and network configurations
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records including data backups and disaster recovery operations
• Ensure network stability and reliability, and resolve any network operation issues
• Plan, coordinate and implement network security measures to protect data, software and hardware
• Manage relationship with hardware vendors and subcontractors

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Solid Network Management experiences with at least 3 years working experience
• Experience in managing firewall, router, switch, wireless network, VPN
• Knowledge in data recovery, system monitoring tools
• Knowledge on Cisco, Juniper, H3C, Aruba, KEMP products is preferred
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP certificate is advantageous
• Hands-on experience in Linux, Unix based server is a plus
• Self-initiative, proactive, multi-tasking, hardworking and good team player
• Good problem solving skill and willing to work under pressure (with extended hours)
• Good communication skill with both technical and non-technical users
