Responsibilities: 

• Provide project management including project planning, coordination and supervision
• Perform troubleshooting for customer reported problems 
• Participate in testing and support on Contact Centre 

Requirements:

• University degree in business administration, information technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in project management, or system implementation 
• Hands-on Contact Centre support
• Knowledge in voice telecommunication services like IDAM, IDAP and IP/SIP 
• Working experience in call flow design on Contact Centre is an advantage
• Strong self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
