Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide project management including project planning, coordination and supervision
- Perform troubleshooting for customer reported problems
- Participate in testing and support on Contact Centre
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration, information technology or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in project management, or system implementation
- Hands-on Contact Centre support
- Knowledge in voice telecommunication services like IDAM, IDAP and IP/SIP
- Working experience in call flow design on Contact Centre is an advantage
- Strong self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
