Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consultancy and post-sales support such as on-site system installation, configuration, trouble-shooting and maintenance on Mobile Solutions, Blackberry Enterprise Service and MDM / MRM solutions
• Ability to deal with customers, IT focal and vendors
• Perform 7x24 emergency supports for any service incident encountered by clients if required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Telecommunications or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Lotus Domino / Microsoft Exchanged would be an advantage
• Knowledgeable to support networking and server maintenance
• With professional qualifications of MCSE / MCSA / MCITP, or any mobile networking is highly preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
