Responsibilities:

• Provide overall IT infrastructure administration including end user device, network, servers, operation systems, database & applications
• Support IT Infra implementation project including design, construction, test, deployment & live-operation
• Perform vendor management on outsourcing operation
• Manage IT Inventory & Asset Administration, documentation on IT infra service & incident management according to industry practice (e.g. ITIL)
• Liaise with other regional centre for corporate infra solution deployment
• Review IT Trend & customer needs, make new IT Solution proposal & promotion to new solution to internal group companies

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and above in Information Technology Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an infra administration position
• Practical experience in Server & SAN Management, Virtualization, Network Management
• Strong project management and problem solving skills
• Solid knowledge on IT Project & Vendor Management skills, IT operation best practice/framework (e.g. ITIL). Troubleshooting & root cause analysis skills
• Familiar with Red hat/Microsoft Server, Database Administration (Oracle/MSSQL), AD & Network Administration, Mobile & Security Management
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• High integrity, mature and stable. Logical thinking & customer orientated attitude.
