Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the company's LAN, WAN with MPLS infrastructure in Asia Pacific region
• Manage various network appliance, i.e. switch, router, firewall, load balancing, VPN and Mobile Device Management
• Support and maintain server, i.e. SAN
• Evaluate and recommend IT technologies to meet the business growth
• Coordinate with various teams to deliver the projects on time with highest quality
• Attend the regular vendors meetings to review and prioritize the system changes and project implementation schedules so as to minimize the exposure of risks to business operations
• Manage the relationship between vendors and internal IT teams and monitor the service performance for ensuring the vendor meets the defined Service Level Agreement
• Troubleshoot and assist as required with complex build / implementation issues that may have result in design changes
• Propose, document and implement processes for monitoring, auditing, reporting, security and support of the network
• Perform network monitoring using available monitoring tools and report and resolve any identified issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or IT discipline
• At least 5 years working experience in network and security
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP certificate is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in network administration, network monitoring, server admin, security and system management, performance management tools (Whatsup Gold, SCOM, etc.)
• Good knowledge in layer 2 and 3 protocols including TCP/IP, spanning tree, VLAN, QOS, OSPF and BGP
• Knowledge of network security technology including SSL, NAT and Firewall
• Experience in designing and operating large, Windows / Linux / AIX / HyperV / Citrix environments
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills
• Able to work under pressure with self-motivation and able to work independently
