Responsibilities:

• Office I.T system and network troubleshooting and maintenance
• Handle I.T helpdesk to provide remote technical support service to customer
• Production I.T system Infrastructure monitoring
• Support on production I.T Infrastructure maintenance

  Requirements:

• At least Degree holder or equivalent related to the designation
• 1-2 related years of experience
• Knowledge in TCP/IP networking, linux, windows server and virtualization, CCNA or MCSE certification is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
