Based in Hong Kong, you are the IT Sell Out Business Partner for Asia-Pacific region.

Job description

1) Ensure the key point of contact between Business Units and IT Solutions team during the projects, and if relevant, for maintenance activities.

    • Develop a strong partnership with Business Units in Asia-Pacific region (Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand) in order to identify, contribute to the prioritization and coordinate IT initiatives generating value on the digital domains Retail, Ecommerce and CRM (develop business, optimize efficiency, minimize risks, comply with regulations,…).
    • High contribution to define, qualify, prioritize business requirements ;
    • Challenge the business requirements based on KPI such as ROI, but also Business Impacts requested
    • Contribute to business cases formalization and promote solutions once deployed (communication on benefits) ;
    • Work with Solution teams in charge of delivering the system evolutions. Regarding this objective, contribute to the solutions identification, understand technical level of complexity, and promote solutions aligned with Group standards.
    • Share project follow up, contribute to communication on maintenance activities, anticipate and assess expected availability from business teams
    • Animate Key Users community (communication on enhancements, testing phase coordination, delivery follow up, support, trainings …)
    • Facilitate the adoption of IT solutions among the Group

2) Identify, prioritize and implement projects and system enhancements generating added value on Digital, Retail and CRM perimeters.

    • Manage a team of Business Partners, being responsible or contributing to projects prioritized in global IT roadmaps, including all its dimensions (quality, cost, and timing). Guarantee projects’ success by the good level of ownership by the business teams. In this perspective, make sure that following activities are under control:
      • Coordination and animation of all project phases:
      • Define, follow and control project budgets
      • Forecast, optimize and adjust resources (human, technical, financial)
      • Organize and animate the project governance instances
      • Manage IT partners and internal project team
      • Manage communication around the project
      • Contribute to the change management stream carried out by Business teams
    • Contribute to maintenance activities (correction/enhancement) managed by IT teams. As part of this mission:
      • Contribute to the business value analysis in order to ease prioritization exercise
      • Participate to communication towards business teams
      • Ensure the maintenance is well managed by the business partners department.
      • Provide guidelines, detailed tutorials and occasionally deliver end-user trainings

 

Requirements 

  • Master's degree in Computer Science/Business
  • Strong experience in digital world (Ecommerce or Retail, and CRM) at international level ;
  • Experience 10 years managing complex digital, Retail or CRM projects ;
  • Highly efficient in project management using project management tools ;
  • Strong skills in leadership, communication (verbal and written), time management, team work and organization ;
  • Be able to look beyond existing constraints ;
  • Motivate, drive change and facilitate problem solving discussions        
  • Detail oriented ;
  • Autonomous ;
  • Analytical skills ;
  • Travels abroad to be considered.
  • English mandatory ;
  • Chinese fluent (Japonese being a plus) ;
