Our client is the robust consumer retail and wholesale business arm of a well-established conglomerate group in the region, now seeking to recruit a solution driven IT Manager to work closely with both the business and group IT and external vendors to drive various key projects for the Business Unit.  Projects including CRM / POS system enhancement, applications for O2O business, while acting as the focal contact point on escalated support / requests, while anticipating and advising management of the latest technology capabilities, compliance and security issues. 

Requirements:

• University graduate in IT related discipline
• At least 6 years’ experience in system application implementation and project management
• Experience in managing user requirement, user acceptance test, system implementation in retail industry
• Omnichannel exposure a definitely advantage
• Knowledge of CRM System, POS, ERP (Oracle) etc
• Possess good problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
