Responsibilities:

•  Perform hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting of server and network devices
•  Provide technical support and training to end users
• Handle PABX system and end–user phone set configuration and maintenance
• Monitor daily system backup, keep track and maintain software and hardware inventory records
• Prioritize received support requests and assign task to other support team members
• Assist in IT procurement and vendor coordination
  

Requirements:

•  Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree in Computer Studies / Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years experience in IT system support, including 1 year in supervision role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, responsible and able to work independently
• Solid experience in Windows client OS platforms and Microsoft Office software support with strong problem solving skills
• Proficient in IT service management practices, professional qualification (ITIL) holder is an advantage.
• Knowledge in networking and server administration is preferred, professional qualification (CCNA, MCITP) holder is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
