The Transnational BU’s mission is to provide AXA Business Organizations, present in multiple countries or dealing today with multiple AXA Technology Services Regions, with a simple one stop shop at a global, regional and country level.

As a transnational team in AXA Technology Services, we are committed to deliver projects and services as the best possible match with our clients’ needs in full alignment with the AXA Group IT strategy, by sourcing competitive capabilities in AXA Technology Services at global, regional, country levels or on the market when necessary.

We aim to become our clients' preferred technology partner and advisor and as such we believe that a frequent, simple and detailed financial communication is a key enabler for them to take decisions on their infrastructure needs in full alignment with their IT Strategic Plan and Digital acceleration.

We will ensure that our clients enjoy the maximum benefits of the ongoing AXA Technology Services Global Transformation and we are also mobilized to contribute to it by advocating their needs and expectations as a way to accelerate the adoption of the new AXA Technology Services global services.

We aim to bring new Business opportunities to the global and regional teams in AXA Technology Services, while managing on our end the client related complexity and diversity, resulting in a standard way for the AXA Technology Services teams to deliver or contribute to projects and services for our clients.

We are committed to stick and contribute to the AXA Technology Services standards and drive the on boarding of our clients into them.

 

The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following:

The Transnat Hub Manager’s main missions are to:

  • Support Transnat clients in Asia on behalf of Transnat Executive Partners.
  • Represent Transnat Business Unit in the region.
  • Manage Transnat resources when required in Asia.

On behalf of Transnat Executive Partners, for the whole Hub, his/her main areas of responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead and Manage Client Relationship, Governance, Commercialization and P/L.
  • Define, Implement, Manage, Improve the engagement Model for a given client (Dedicated / Shared Resources Mix, Resources localization, …).
  • Qualify and establish required Empowerment of the Client facing partner.

The Transnat Hub Manager will also lead special projects all along the setup, roll-out and industrialization phases of the Business Unit.

He / She must possess a strong customer orientation, driving his / her strategic plan and actions.

As part of the Transnat BU management team, he/she must demonstrate strategic set-back as well as be action and detail oriented.

He / She must have the ability to prioritize and have a high level of independent decision making skills, be a self-starter and possess proven organizational, communication and project management skills.

Additionally, the position requires a strong leadership with a proper capacity to influence in a global and matrix organization as well as the ability to interact effectively with Senior Leadership, Transnat Management team and staff and ultimately other internal / external stakeholders.

 

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Ability to operate and influence in a multi-dimensional environment at all levels / Stakeholder management in matrix organization.
  • Strategic minded with the capability to recognize and shape the future landscape accordingly.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to identify and drive change.
  • Track record of customer focused achievements.
  • Experience of business change management and leadership.
  • Understanding of digital trends and disruptive channels.
  • Understanding of the links between the business processes, IT Solutions Delivery and IT Service delivery: e.g. applications portfolio, impact of outages on business, IT Expenses benchmark…
  • Understanding of quality methodologies (Lean, Agile) to be able to translate the voice of the customer and structure their needs and issues into prioritized action plans that will deliver value.
  • Commercially aware, understanding of service provision business models.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Understanding of group technology and organization strategy.
  • Financially aware, able to build cost benefit analyses.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • English proficiency.
