Our clients, listed and renowned MNC in Hong Kong, are now looking for high caliber candidates to join their IT team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and engineer different network platforms and systems to meet product specification and operational requirements
• Escalation support of operation teams
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to other departments
• Review and enhance network performance in high service level
• Provide on-site technical support to customers
• Carry out emergency and on call duties

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in IT / computer science or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience on Router (include Cisco), LAN Switch, VPN gateway and Unix is an advantage
• Certification in CCNA or CCNP is definitely an advantage
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Standby call may be required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as system engineer
