Job Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and resolve problems to end-users (internal colleagues)
• Perform configuration to PC as well as installing operating systems and software
• Trouble shooting hardware (such as printer, PC, mobile phone etc.) and software problems
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 2 years solid working experience in IT support
• Knowledge in Windows 10 and Office 365 is highly advantageous
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Team player with problem solving skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
