Job Descriptions:

• To perform first-line daily IT support to end users
• To perform installation and configuration of PCs hardware and software
• To conduct data preparation in converting hardcopy records to electronic records
• To assist in preparing project documents, statistics and reports
• To perform IT inventory records up-to-date
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Secondary Graduate, Higher  Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
• Experience in Windows support, hardware/software troubleshoot
• Knowledge in either one discipline is highly advantage (Data Management or System Testing)
• Min. 1-2 years working experience, experience in IT support is a plus
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
• Less experience will also be considered
