Job description:

• Basic hardware repair
• Test and troubleshooting software/hardware
• Assist in house users IT related issues like PCs and mobile handheld device
• Configure and maintain Windows Server 2008,2011 and application software
• Backup application software and Windows Server
• Maintain and monitor MS Exchange Server 2010 operation

Qualifications:

• Higher diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related studies
• At least 1 year experience in IT industry
• Familiar with Windows Server, networking configures, LAN/WAN technologies, etc
• Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

Special skills:

• Required experience with MS Exchange Server 2010
• Knowledge and experience in using NAS Backup and Microsoft Hyper-V is an advantage
