Successful candidates will support and facilitate terminal operations through services analyses, process improvement, policy review, as well as long term terminal capacity planning and development projects.

Main Duties:

• Perform various analyses to support the project manager on ideas generation of terminal operations strategies
• Establish KPI for operational performance and responsible for related regular reports and monitoring
• Participate in systems and terminal operations projects which aim at operations efficiency & process improvement
• Work closely with other departments for various terminal development projects

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in any of the following aspects: maritime terminal operations, system development, supply chain, process re-engineering, or operational audit
• Highly self-motivated with excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Able to interact with all levels of people, including senior management and excellent sense of change management
• Excellent command of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project, and VISIO
• Knowledge in Excel Macro and VBA is preferred and project management methodologies, e.g. Prince, CMMI, PMI and etc. is a bonus
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; communicative in Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operations Process Associate
