Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1sttier & 2nd tier technical support;
- Be able to receive and respond to incoming calls, e-mails;
- Support end users' real needs and uncover technical solutions;
- Handle general enquiries on usage of IT equipment’s, computer tools and corporate systems (i.e. email, intranet and internet services);
- To follow up procurement & delivery of hardware/software those are required by users;
- Liaise with other IT teams for technical support.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline;
- Have 1-2 years relevant working experience in desktop support;
- Fresh grad with good IT Knowledge will be also consider;
- Knowledge in IT support, such as Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, Microsoft Office Suite;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
