Our client is one of the major General Insurance companies in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop new business with the agency force and meet revenue targets for new business with corporate
• Foster positive relationship with assigned channels
• Conduct benefit review and provide recommendations for enhancements to HRs
• Up-sell and cross-sell new benefits to accounts under his/her management
• Work with internal operations team to ensure clear workflows from clients (HRs & employees)

Key Requirements 

• 3 to 5 years of business development or sales experience preferably with employee benefits in insurance industry
• Possess Insurance qualifications as required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
