1. Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
2. With a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in fire system project management
3. Knowledge in International Building Code a must
4. Familiar with Fire Codes and Standards
5. Excellent interpersonal, leadership and site supervision skills
6. Strong organizing, planning ability with problem solving skills
7. Good command of spoken and written English
8. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
