Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead all regional sales and commercial activities in the assigned territories/segments/channels
  • Drive growth in market share and sales revenue for Tyco security products
  • Effectively identify/develop/ manage channel partners including distributors, dealers and system integrators
  • Create demand through demonstration and engagement with end-users/consultants/architects
  • Work with marketing team in events/promotions/roadshows to build brand equity
  • Provide market and customer feedback to product management to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Provide excellent customer service through engagement and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Deliver revenue plan quota through product promotion/selling in project based opportunities, customer focus and a high level of engagement with channel/consultants/end users
  • Pre sales support, project spec-in
  • Marketing promotion to increase market awareness and demand for TSP products/solutions
  • Develop new and maintain existing System Integrator partnerships both internally and externally 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Networking or IT
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Security Industry or related (Building services, building automation, telecoms, IT) with exposure to Enterprise Security Systems
  • Proven record of delivering on sales targets
  • Good understanding of the Security Industry
  • Enterprise Access and Video project sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Basic IP networking knowledge
  • Must be fluent in English and Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin. Japanese/Korean an advantage but not essential
  • Strong personality, self-motivated and flexible to business demands
  • Able to travel overseas and work independently
