Responsibilities

• To perform variation orders and claims
• To prepare valuation of variation orders
• To negotiate with Client / Subcontractors for final account settlement
• To perform QS duties on site for contract administration and cost monitoring
• To perform pre-contract and post-contract building measurement
• To prepare submission of payment application to Client
• To provide QS responds to dispute case and legal action
• To perform review for contract Terms and conditions
• To prepare and asist contract formation document and necessary internal approval
• To prepare payment certification for subcontractors
• To prepare approval request and follow up approval for sales contract
• To perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or equivalent
• 3-5 years' relevant experience, exposure working in construction site is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
