Key Responsibility
- Conceptualize, conceive, plan and direct the design, model, testing, costing and production set up;
- Plan and schedule activities required to accomplish the objectives of the project;
- Monitor project progress and resolve problems during project implementation;
- Assure continuous communication with internal and external parties to conform to customer requirement/cost and profitability requirements;
- Initiate internal improvement projects and drive relevant Operations departments for improvement in cost, quality, process and maintain the MP production line capacity;
- Lead the engineering team effectively and integrate with the project goals and objective, especially in new product launch and production workflow improvement;
- Propose and develop new product with market investigation.

Who may be considered?
- Bachelor degree holder or above in Engineering related disciplines with more than 8 years of relevant experience in Project Management in manufacturing industry.

Desired Skill & Knowledge:
- Good analytical skill for data analysis;
- Strong leadership and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. MS Office;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Chinese and able to deal with external clients effectively;

Nancheng, Dongguan (東莞南城)
