This is an all-rounded role involving client interface, collaboration with factory team, and some accounting analyses. Candidates with good client skills, project management skills, and basic accounting knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and follow up on requests & project developments
• Support factory team with planning, stock calculations, status reports, and ad hoc tasks
• Assist in expense account analyses, costing, and expense reports
• Coordinate with overseas vendors on packaging orders and delivery

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline, some coursework in accounting preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience, repacking or product packaging experience is an advantage
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred
• Good PC skills, proficient in Excel formulas and Chinese input
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Willing to learn, proactive, detailed, and responsible
• Travel to China when required (transport provided)

We offer alternate 5 / 5.5 day work week, 13-month salary, 14 days paid annual leave, medical insurance, and MPF.
