Job Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the fabric and finishing management, including data, manual, CSR, environmental protection requirement.
• To be responsible for the execution of Strategic fabric and finishing project.
• To work diligently with US counterparts on the testing requirement for US and international markets respectively.
• Identify and pursue the request and necessity for mill and laundry evaluation / audit.
• Provide assistance to the senior management in composing fabric development process and charge back policy in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation.
• To work closely with US counterparts in building up the portfolio and database for approved / audited mills and laundry that meet the company requirement.
• To identify the opportunity of leverage existing technology and services in order to speed up our speed to the market.
• To coach and work with mills to our quality standard, procedures and policy.
• Work creatively and cohesively with US fabric and design team on inspiration and concept.  Coordinate with merchandising departments to work out the presentation for each season.
• To act as an interface between fabric developments / design team in US and Laundry on new washing inspiration and ideas. 
• Responsible for updating the new innovations on washing technology and techniques.

Job Requirements:

• University degree holder in Textile and Merchandising preferable
• Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in trading or buying office is advantage
• Proven expertise in denim fabric & washing effect
• Mature, hard-working, well organized, proactive, team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client’s requirements independently and effectively
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using MS office including PowerPoint
• Require traveling to PRC and overseas frequently
