Responsibilities:

• Work with Merchandising team to source new potential vendors and products that suit the customers’ needs
• Supervise and guide the technical team to ensure product details fit customers’ requirements before production
• Ensure production process fully compliant with original design
• Follow up technical issues incurred by production defect, damage during delivery; work with suppliers to identify and resolve root problems
• Create a set of training kit/guideline to make current sales team/new joiner to be a more professional workforce

Requirements:

• 6 years’ related working experience in furniture industry with 2 years’ managerial experience
• Strong technical knowledge in Furniture products
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills with others like suppliers, factories, customers and internal departments
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Flexible, organized and able to meet tight timelines
• Able to occasionally travel to PRC office & factories
