Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Support team seniors for routine sales activities and prepare sales reports;
  • In charge of daily sales support activities;
  • Maintain good account relationship with existing and potential clients;
  • Assist in coordination of all pre-and-post-sales’ activities like quality issues, production matters, client’s invoicing and payment;
  • To communicate closely with internal departments for clients’ enquiries, job requests, requirements in order to meet project deadline 

Requirement:

  • University degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines 
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Pleasant, well-organized and self-driven
  • Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Office
  • Experience in financial industry is highly preferred
  • Occasional travels may required
