Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Group in providing expertise in deriving data driven insights of customer metrics to create actionable findings in effort to increase conversion, retention and loyalty on Group Loyalty Program
  • Responsible for building marketing campaign analysis frameworks, evaluating demographics, distribution channels, marketing outlets and providing strategic recommendations based on the result of statistical analysis to help maximize growth and execution
  • Design research projects, develop and test experimental designs, sampling techniquesand analytical methods including determine the types and sizes of sample groups
  • Prepare data for processing by organizing information, checking for any inaccuracies, adjusting and weighting the raw data
  • Analyze and interpret statistical data in order to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information
  • Evaluate and interpret results, identify trends and relationships and record their conclusions, analysis and recommendations
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Database Marketing Manager / CRM Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Quantitative Methods / Social Science or related disciplines
  • Hands on experience in data mining with market analytical skill and has the ability to manipulate data from multiple relational databases (Teradata, Oracle, MS-SQL server)
  • Proficiency in using statistical tools (SAS / SPSS / R / ILOG) & in-depth knowledge in statistical concepts with working experience in multivariate statistics and SQL script writing
  • Excellent communication skill with ability to work with internal clients effectively
  • Assertive and collaborative, able to challenge the status quo and drive results
  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent work ethic
  • Independent, multi-tasking & fast-paced
