We’re looking for an experienced candidate to manage global marketing and user acquisition campaigns for mobile games published by the company. 

The Candidate must be strong in campaign management, highly collaborative, data driven self-starter in a fast-moving and practical environment.

Responsibilities:

• User acquisition through Facebook Ads, Google Adsense, SEM and other online marketing tools
• Management of social network public groups, including Facebook fanpage, WeChat public account and other online communities
• ROI driven, partner with internal teams to plan, execute, evaluate and optimize the most relevant user acquisition plan on a daily basis
• Source, evaluate, and test new user acquisition channels, including Search, Display, Social, Affiliates, and other initiatives
• Monitor marketing budget and campaign timelines
• Provide reporting of advertising performance to senior management on regular basis
• Collaborate with internal team to coordinate the design of high performing ad creative for global marketing campaigns
• Provide regular competitive analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product and marketing vision is effectively executed across all channels
• Identify mobile marketing trends, best practices and key opportunities for ongoing innovation

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, eCommerce or related disciplines
• 2-3+ years of mobile marketing acquisition experience, with direct experience and track record of driving profitable digital acquisition across various platforms, preferably with Andriod and iOS ecosphere
• Passionate about mobile gaming, apps and the mobile industry
• Strong analytics skills, able to identify the metrics that drive actionable strategic recommendations. Make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data
• Familiar with Facebook marketing tool, social media, SEO and Google Analytics
• Strong in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well organized and self motivated, explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Prioritize workload, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for various and ad-hoc marketing deliverable
• Outstanding team player and positive attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication, collaboration and planning skills
• Internal digital marketing experience is a plus
