• The ideal candidate should has 8 years' relevant experience in hotel or catering establishments with minimum 4 years’ in supervisory capacity
• Previous experience on ISO 22000 or HACCP Food Safety Management is a definite advantage
• Good management in maintaining sufficient utensils and equipment stock to achieve high hygiene standards for kitchens & related F&B working areas
• Knowledge of basic computer applications
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese & English
• Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Chief Steward
