Job Description

Our Group is one of the fastest growing boutique hotel chains in Hong Kong. Having launched and managed 6 hotels, the Group is working on opening more of the kind in the territory. To support this rapid growth, we are now looking for high caliber, experienced and most importantly devoted & dedicated professionals for the following career opportunity.

 

Assistant Manager / Guest Services Supervisor

  • Act as a shift leader of front desk and duty manager of the hotel;
  • Responsible for on-day room sales and night audit management;
  • Carry out room inspection for VIP;
  • Supervise and ensure that all frontline staff provide quality services to hotel guests;
  • Provide on the job training to Guest Services Officers and handle guests' enquiries and complaints;
  • Ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently;
  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is mostly preferred;
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in the role of Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Reception Manager;
  • Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills;
  • Mature, detail-minded, people oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
  • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Guest Services Supervisor.

 

Guest Services Officer

  • To carry out all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
  • To provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries;
  • To achieve high level of guest satisfactions in a courteous and friendly manner;
  • To ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently;
  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is an advantage;
  • Pleasant, detail-minded, customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
